LP Roofing LLC was established in 2007 by Orlando Panameno, a first-generation immigrant from El Salvador. Starting in a new country, Orlando was determined to bring his extensive knowledge and expertise in roofing materials, installation techniques, and maintenance projects, along with his excellent reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, to the United States. In two short years, his son, Luis, and daughter Cendy joined the company as co-owners, prompting a rebranding to LP Roofing Company.

Luis spent many summers gaining hands-on experience alongside his father, mastering various aspects of the trade, such as insulation, robotic welding, and waterproofing. He later graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in History, complemented by a minor in business. His sister Cendy obtained her real estate license from Northern Virginia Community College and a B.A. in Business from Strayer University. As CFO, she manages the company’s financial affairs. Both siblings also take on significant roles in project management, overseeing everything from planning and scheduling to ensuring the team possesses the necessary skills and materials to deliver work of the utmost quality.

Currently, LP Roofing Company holds licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, boasting a team of over 70 highly skilled professionals specializing in commercial roofing, including preconstruction, construction, project management, design, waterproofing, repair, and maintenance. LP Roofing prides itself on its membership in various industry associations and the possession of certifications that enable its clients to meet federal requirements.
