LP Roofing LLC is a family-owned company that strives to build a better community, work environment, and emphasizes growth. We also check in on each other frequently through team building events which include dinners, happy hours, sporting events, and our yearly company party.

We welcome applications from commercial roofers, residential roofers, shinglers, metal roofers, laborers, foreman, estimators, and project managers that want to work in the DMV region. We also offer paid internship programs for Accounting, Human Resources, and Assistant Project Managers. We support rising juniors and seniors at local community colleges as well as George Mason University, Old Dominion, Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, and Virginia Commonwealth.
